Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-06-29
1. Our Commitment
Travent (operated by Meged Solutions) is committed to making its service accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, and to providing an equal, respectful, independent, and safe experience. We develop the service to conform with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at conformance Level AA.
2. Conformance Level
Travent is designed and continually improved to conform with IS 5568 / WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is built on accessible interface components and is continually reviewed. We are always working to improve accessibility and welcome your feedback.
3. Accessibility Features
The service includes, among others: full keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to main content" link; support for screen readers through semantic structure and ARIA attributes; a clearly visible keyboard focus indicator; resizable text and page zoom without loss of content; and an on-site accessibility adjustment widget (described below).
4. The Accessibility Widget
A floating accessibility button appears at the bottom corner of every page. Opening it lets you adjust the text size across the whole site, switch to a high-contrast color scheme, highlight all links, switch to a more readable font, stop animations, and show a reading guide (a ruler that follows your pointer). You can open and close the widget at any time using the keyboard shortcut Alt + A. Your choices are saved on your device and restored on your next visit.
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts to make all pages accessible, some content may not yet be fully accessible - in particular screens provided by third-party services that are not fully under our control, such as the sign-in screens provided by our authentication provider, Clerk. We continue to work to improve and remediate these areas.
6. Accessibility Coordinator and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need assistance, please contact our accessibility coordinator, Travent Support, at Contact@Travent.ai. We will make every effort to respond and address your request within a reasonable time.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
If you contacted us regarding an accessibility issue and did not receive an adequate response, you have the right to take further action. You may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at https://www.gov.il/he/departments/the_commission_for_equal_rights_of_persons_with_disabilities.
