Cookies Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-29

1. Introduction

This Cookies Policy explains how Travent (operated by Meged Solutions) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and application, and how you control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help a site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by our providers (third-party).

3. Your Consent and How to Control Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the Service cannot work without them. All other cookies - Analytics and Marketing - are off by default and load only after you opt in through our cookie banner. The banner lets you accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or manage each category separately, and you can reopen it to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Until you opt in, no analytics or marketing technologies are loaded.

4. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are required to run the Service and cannot be switched off. They include authentication cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in and protect your session after you authenticate with Google, and a first-party cookie that stores your cookie-consent choice so we can honor it. They do not track you across other websites.

5. Functionality Cookies

A first-party cookie named "a11y_prefs" stores your accessibility settings (such as text size and high contrast) on your device so they are restored on your next visit. It contains no personal or tracking information.

6. Analytics Cookies

Set only after you accept the Analytics category. We use Microsoft Clarity for session analytics and heatmaps (cookies include _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, and SM, persisting up to 12 months) and Google Analytics to understand website traffic (cookies such as _ga and _ga_* persisting up to 24 months). These help us understand usage and improve the Service.

7. Marketing Cookies

Set only after you accept the Marketing category. The Meta Pixel runs in the browser only on our public marketing pages and sets the cookies _fbp and _fbc (each lasting up to 90 days) to measure advertising performance and build remarketing audiences. It works together with the Meta Conversions API, which sends certain conversion events directly from our servers, including in-app events (completing registration, upgrading to premium, and joining a Space); to Meta we send hashed identifiers such as your email address and first name, a stable account identifier, your IP address and user-agent, and the _fbp/_fbc cookie values, but never your calendar event content or Space names. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner or by clearing these cookies in your browser.

8. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by our providers under their own privacy policies: Clerk (https://clerk.com/privacy), Microsoft Clarity (https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement), Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and Meta (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). We recommend reviewing their policies for details on how they use cookies.

9. Managing Cookies and Do Not Track

In addition to our cookie banner, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using parts of Travent, including signing in. Because there is no industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we honor your choices through the cookie banner rather than via browser DNT signals.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time; changes are posted here with a new revision date. If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at Contact@Travent.ai.
